北京創(chuàng)新瑞成工程項目管理有限公司（原名北京創(chuàng)新瑞成科技有限公司，簡稱北京創(chuàng)新瑞成公司，英文簡稱CRC）于2006年3月在北京注冊成立，現(xiàn)為中國勘察設計協(xié)會建設項目管理和工程總承包分會會員單位。
北京創(chuàng)新瑞成公司始終以工程項目管理咨詢（PMC/IPMT/PM）為主營業(yè)務，長期跟蹤研究國際工程建設領域先進的管理技術和項目執(zhí)行模式，并堅持結合中國國情和具體工程實際進行轉化應用，致力于為工程建設單位（業(yè)主）提供科學化、規(guī)范化、國際化項目管理整體解決方案，在工程項目前期策劃、招標投標、進度控制、投資控制、設計管理、采購管理、施工管理、質量管理、HSE管理、檔案管理、竣工驗收等專業(yè)領域積累了豐富的工程管理經驗。

Beijing Chuangxin Ruicheng Engineering & Project Management Co., Ltd. (formerly Beijing Chuangxin Ruicheng Science Technology Co., Ltd., hereinafter called CRC) was established on March 2006 in Beijing. CRC is a governing unit of Project Management Contracting Committee of China Exploration & Design Association.
CRC has always been to the engineering project management consulting (PMC/IPMT/PM) as the main business, long-term focusing on and studying the international advanced management technology and project execution mode, and insisting on the conversion and application according to China’s national conditions and the actual projects, devoted to provide the clients with scientific, standardized and international project management solution in the front-end planning, project bidding, schedule control, investment control, design management, procurement management, construction management, quality management, HSE management, document management, completion of acceptance, etc. which has accumulated rich experience in project management.
CRC’s consulting service has covered the area of petro-chemical, coal-chemical, thermal power, hydropower, nuclear power, building, municipal, environmental protection, logistics and other industries. CRC can provide the whole process engineering consultation and the high quality project management services for large engineering projects and large group corporation’s programs, and make a positive contribution to ensure that the quality of the project, improving the efficiency and benefit of project construction.
